- 1 kg cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- 2 carrots
- 2 cucumbers
- 300 g sausage
Method
- Season the rice with vinegar and sesame oil.
- Fry the eggs; cut the carrots, cucumbers and sausage into strips.
- Lay a seaweed sheet on the bamboo mat, spread the rice and add the fillings.
- Roll tightly and cut into 1.5 cm slices.
